• 未經正確操作守則或未回復機台初始狀態(軟硬體) 操作者 停權 4 weeks

• 無使用權限擅自使用者或未使用正確帳號登入者 停權 8 weeks

• 使用前未預約或使用後未填寫使用紀錄簿 停權 4 weeks

• 未檢查載盤高度造成探針”撞彎” 停權 4 weeks

• 造成探針線斷裂或不可回復性破壞 停權8 weeks 後須重新考核

• 使用隨身碟(Flash memory)或其他輸出元件 停權 6 weeks，請使用光碟燒錄!!

• 任意更改Probe stations 探針線位置者 停權4 weeks ，請勿任意更改探針線位置

• 其他違規可由機台負責人決定處分方式!!
